As a person with a blog I am obligated to have a page explaining myself.

My name is Timothy, I am presently a Business Analyst for an independent Texas bank. Previously I was an analyst on a large incentive plan for the same company, it was not as awesome as it sounds. I have a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Oregon, which qualifies me to say almost nothing of interest about economics.

Additionally, I am currently a post-bac student in Chemistry at University of Texas San Antonio. Long term interests include structural analysis and natural product synthesis particularly of food flavor compounds. I’m also somewhat interested in green synthesis.

This blog is a toy, specifically it is my toy. I reserve the right to write about whatever I feel like. These days I am mostly interested in science. You will read what I write because my mad genius is irresistible.
